when kim calls…

I have an addiction issue. I’m an ice cream junkie, for as long as I remember. So when my longtime friend Kim called and asked me to help her sell more of THE ABSOLUTE BEST ice cream I’ve ever had, I jumped at the opportunity.

As Interim Director of Marketing, I led the Salt & Straw team in:

• Opening a new, brand-enhancing scoop shop in the happiest place on Earth. As a result, I was one of the first to learn that, no matter how great I thought Disneyland was before, it’s better with really great ice cream.

• Opened an additional high-volume scoop shop in Lake Oswego, OR. This store was their most successful store opening in history in terms of volume and traffic.

• Partnered with Alaska Airlines to develop unique flavors and packaging for service in their first class cabins and Alaska Lounges.
