I have an addiction issue. I’m an ice cream junkie, for as long as I remember. So when my longtime friend Kim called and asked me to help her sell more of THE ABSOLUTE BEST ice cream I’ve ever had, I jumped at the opportunity.
As Interim Director of Marketing, I led the Salt & Straw team in:
Opening a new, brand-enhancing scoop shop in the happiest place on Earth. As a result, I was one of the first to learn that, no matter how great I thought Disneyland was before, it’s better with really great ice cream.
Opened an additional high-volume scoop shop in Lake Oswego, OR. This store was their most successful store opening in history in terms of volume and traffic.
Partnered with Alaska Airlines to develop unique flavors and packaging for service in their first class cabins and Alaska Lounges.
