With an estimated 20 million Americans managing gluten insensitivity, Seattle-based Nuflours produces baked goods, desserts, and mixes targeted for those with special dietary needs. Building on the success of their Capitol Hill bakery, I was engaged to help expand their footprint into grocery and on-line channels. With their delicious product mix and laser-focused eye on the future, I’m excited to see Nuflours evolve from a local bakery to a regional and national brand.
