a different perspective…

After years of selling product to grocery stores, I was excited for the opportunity to learn from a retailers perspective when I was recruited to New Seasons in 2013. Charged with joining the senior leadership team during a high-growth period, I led a 15-person team through the process of establishing brand identity guidelines, social and digital strategy, and promotional campaigns designed to elevate the brand.

Key accomplishments in this role include:

  • Leading the company through its first ever branding initiative, focused on core fundamentals,;

  • Opening 3 new stores in California and Oregon, increasing retail presence and revenue;

  • Enhancing shopper experience and increased same store sales by redesigning and launching new store prototype for New Seasons and private label strategy across all platforms;

  • Driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales by creating an integrated online marketing and content strategy for digital, social, mobile and e-commerce;

  • Propelling the quality and speed of deliverables, elevated campaign results, and boosted morale by reorganizing and motivating the team through positive leadership.
