Honey-sweetened and made with only four organic, easy to digest ingredients. Honey Mama’s bars are naturally free from gluten, soy, dairy, and grain and are a decadent, feel-good, melt-in-your-mouth whole food treat that allows your body to thrive and your taste buds to celebrate. I was asked by the company’s founder to help evolve her business from a start-up to a viable, ongoing business.
As President, my responsibilities and achievements included:
Building company infrastructure and best practices from the ground up
Leading marketing, sales, HR, daily operations, and productions functions.;
Establishing Marketing department and recruiting National Sales Director and CFO to complete the executive team;
Implemented LEAN practices to improve manufacturing operations to keep up with increasing demand;
Activated a cohesive, organized, and open communication environment by creating an onboarding and retention plan and process.;
Instrumental in move from 2,000-sq. ft. to a 12,000-sq. ft. facility, for a highly functional, innovative environment;
Established formal inventory reporting to reveal best sales and marketing strategies, and optimize inventory investment.
